EGI has the ability to develop timely, comprehensive budgets for projects in the pre-bid phase. It is our goal to aid our clients through the process of obtaining and securing funding. We partner with clients’ design teams to create solutions that take into account both the demanding aspects of modern envelope design and budgetary restraints.We also have the ability to develop, bid, and execute projects from the ground up without an outside design team by leveraging our various services and capabilities.
